The Club Plan (TCP) allows all of its members to receive quality dental services at greatly reduced prices.

It is an annual, reduced-fee savings plan for families and individuals.

A TCP MEMBERSHIP IS $389 FOR THE INITIAL PLAN MEMBER AND ONLY $339 FOR Additional FaMILY MEMBERS.

Benefits coverage is immediate on plan registration date.

  • 2 hygiene visits– teeth cleanings in the absence of Periodontal Disease

  • 2 dental exams per year – annual & semi-annual

  • 2 fluoride treatments per year

  • FREE annual check-up radiographs (x-rays)

  • 20% DISCOUNT ON MOST DENTAL PROCEDURES

  • 15% DISCOUNT ON ALL ORTHODONTICS & IMPLANT CARE

Periodontal Disease Plan Explanation

Hygiene benefits included in TCP membership will be applied to the costs of Periodontal Maintenance cleanings.

The difference in cleaning fees will be your responsibility at the time of service.

Eligibility

Eligible family members include spouse and dependent children under the age of 19, unless the dependent child is a full-time student, then the cap is 23 years.

Fee & Plan Duration

All Club Plan Membership fees are non-refundable, due and payable at the time of registration.

Plan duration is for one year from your registration date.

All patient portions are due at time of services in order to receive treatment.

Third Party Financing

Interest-free and low interest third party payment plans are available upon credit approval. If you choose to use these services with your Club Plan, TCP member savings will only be 10%.

The Club Plan Exclusions*

  • Demonstrated non-compliance with recommended course of treatment

  • Splints or other appliances used to restore or maintain occlusion or for treatment of disturbances of the temporomandibular joint

  • Medications, toothpastes, toothbrushes, or their retail items

  • Loss or theft of dentures or bridgework

  • Loss of broken appliances

  • Services for injuries or conditions which are covered under Worker’s Compensation/ Employer’s Liability Insurance

  • Specialty services of non-participating dentist or specialist 

  • Any procedure performed in a hospital
